3. Orders & Payment
- Retail orders: Full payment at checkout via PayPal or credit card.
- Wholesale/Custom orders: 30% deposit to confirm production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and credit card.
- Prices are quoted in USD. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Delivery times vary by destination. For wholesale orders, we provide door-to-door service to over 40 countries. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
